Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.

Shipping Times (after processing):

• USA: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• First, contact your local carrier with your tracking number.

• If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us at support@unclestiffys.com. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
