How to Qualify for a Refund or Exchange

  1. Return the product (even if opened or used).

  2. Email support@unclestiffys.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

  3. Our team will give you return instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending items back.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A small restocking/processing fee may apply to cover handling costs.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

    • The product was defective, damaged, or

    • We shipped the wrong item.

  • We’ll cover return shipping for these cases.


Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your email. We’ll confirm stock availability before processing.


Subscriptions

  • Subscription cancellations do not automatically refund previous orders.
